2022 Rosso Passo Merlot-Sangiovese IGT, Cantine Lenotti, Bardolino, Veneto (0,75 l)

Rebsorten: Merlot (50%) und Sangiovese (50%).

Anbaugebiet: Region: Veneto. Hügel moränischen Ursprungs am östlichen Ufer des Gardasees.

Kräftiges Rubinrot, das fruchtige Bukett erinnert an Waldbeeren. Im Geschmack zeigt er sich vollmundig, samtig und harmonisch.

Weinbereitung und Herstellung: Die Trauben werden leicht gepresst. Die anschließende Gärung erfolgt für 6-8 Tage unter ständiger Temperaturkontrolle (22-24°C). Der weitere Ausbau erfolgt ganz schonend in thermoklimatisierten Edelstahlbehältern.

Speiseempfehlung: Der ideale Begleiter zu Nudelgerichten oder gegrilltem Fisch aber auch angenehm in geselliger Runde.
