Weinbeschreibung: helles strohgelb mit grünen Reflexen. Im Geruch finden Sie zarte, gelbe Tropenfrucht mit einem Hauch Vanille und Orangenzesten. Im Geschmack eine feine, kräuterwürzige Note von Mirabellen- und Birnenfrucht bei feingliedriger Fruchtsäure. Der Körper zeigt sich saftig und mit eleganter Textur.

Speiseempfehlung: zu kräftigem Mousse, Steaks, Braten, Wildgeflügel, Spargel, Spaghetti Carbonara, zu Käse wie Gouda und Fol Epi.
